Batting Cage Rules

Priority for all cage use will be as follows:

  1. Team before individual reservations
  2. MSHYB chain teams over all else
  3. Reservation limit: one hour per team per day. Bookings in excess of this limit are subject to cancellation without warning.
  4. Priority for the large cages (cages B and C) goes to the higher level / age if travel team
  5. Reservations can only be made up to 14 days in advance
  6. Grace period of 10 minutes is allowed; after that the reservation is lost and it becomes first come, first serve

In general, be reasonable and act as a community -- do not hoard the cage times and be civil when contending with reservations and those using a cage you have reserved.

Note that your booking will not immediately update the calendar view to the right. A page refresh is needed to update the calendar view.

Practice Field Rules

Priority for all field use will be as follows:

  1. MSHYB chain teams over all else
  2. Reservation limit: one field per team, per day. Two fields per week.
  3. Field C is only for North / Level 7
  4. Field D is only or ACL / AA.
  5. Reservations can only be made up to 14 days in advance
  6. You MUST rake and put the tarps back on the field when you are done.

In general, be reasonable and act as a community -- do not hoard the field times and be civil when contending with reservations.
